  When I was working at this place, the owner of means of production was making its products from caustic raw chemicals like sulphuric acid, phosphate as well as other chemicals that human body cannot handle it. Working in that place, caused several health issues for me, this workplace is unsafe and if you were under impression that a governmental agency would do anything to stop it, you were wrong. Living in a conservative part of Canada, the owner of means of production had prerogative rights for everything. This workplace resonates what Karl Marx says how workers are exploited by the owner of means of production. During winter time, the temperature drops below zero, the liquid detergents would freeze in the machines, and the electrical systems would stop working. An electrician would come to repair the machines. However, the owner refuses to turn on the heat to make sure the machines are working so that he would make a profit from his factory. He sits in his warm office and masquerades himself with word of God. Money is his god. The bottom line, to correct the above pending issues, there is a need for unionization of workers at the VIP Soap Products Ltd.
